Power Systems Sales Manager

Leading international aircraft manufacturer is seeking a strong Power Systems Sales Manager to join their East Hartford, CT location. In this role the candidate will be responsible for all sales efforts related to its aero derivative gas turbine generator products as well as its aftermarket repair and parts business in Latin America. Eligible candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

•Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering or business.

•Ten (10) or more years of proven success in sales and sales management in the Power Generation Industry; deep experience and contacts in the Latin American Power Generation markets; experience crafting, presenting and implementing successful sales plans; proven ability to perform in high visibility, high growth environments.

•Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills and experience negotiating major commercial sales and service agreements with customers
